Your Gazelle Arroyo C7 Elite comes with the bike fully assembled, battery charger, user manual, 2-year warranty on electronics, and 10-year warranty on the frame. We also include a free assembly guide and access to our customer support team.
How long does shipping take?
We offer free shipping within the continental United States. Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your bike ships. Express 2-day shipping is available for an additional fee.
What if the bike doesn’t fit?
We offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund if you’re not completely satisfied. The bike must be in like-new condition with all original packaging. We’ll even cover return shipping if there’s a sizing issue.
